I have lived here now for just a couple of months. There are SOOO many problems. #1, the staff is horrible, they don't know how to do their jobs and they are very very rude. They mislead you into thinking something until you sit down and sign the lease, they turn it around on you. THe security guard is a joke, all he does is walk around the building and write parking tickets. One time, I had just run a couple of laps around the apartments, and was standing on the second floor at the stairs by the window trying to catch my breath and enjoying the view/fresh air, when he comes and starts yelling at me to not loiter, i mean, i had workout clothes on and i was 2 doors away from my apartment!!! I told him I was a resident and he is just rude, so i told him to Fu** off. I put in soooo many requests for maintenance and they never came, until i called the maintanence man DIRECTLY, he came within a couple of hours. Laundry rooms are always filthy. The front of the building looks good, but away from the front, the middle and the back buildings are horrible. The elevator has been expired since April, and recently someone actually got stuck in there. I almost broke my leg a couple of times because the elevator door does NOT stop if you are getting in while the door is closing. Get out while you can.
