*The office personnel will make you initial to let them come into your complex to do maintenence.
*THey will enter your apartment quite often, while only giving a written notice two days prior to "invading your adult privacy".
*It feels like you like in a dorm with other students that make a lot of noise.
*walls are THIN!!!
*Maintenence guys will leave all your lights and doors unlocked after you give them permission to enter to fix things.
*THere are A LOT of ANTS in or around the premises.
*Laundry machines are never in working order.
*3 laundry machines per floor...BY THE WAY> there are at least 20 apartments on each FLOOR!!
*Other tenants will put your clothing on the floor if your machine has stopped.
*the parking structure is always full of cars that don't have a parking spot.
* YOU only get ONE parking space per complex. Everyone else park in the street and get a TICKET...
*DEPOSIT: $200
*$150 for carpet cleaning!'!'!'!'
*$40 for painted walls'!'!'
*When you leave the ant hole, you get $10 back on deposit.
*great place to live.. NOT..
TURN YOUR CAR AROUND DON't STEP FOOT IN THE LEASING OFFICE.
