This apartment complex appeared nice, at first. But DO NOT judge this apartment complex by the display apartment or the office area. The staff was friendly and during the first week maintenance issues were resolved quickly. But it was a red-flag early when there were so many problems with the apartment that needed to be fixed when we had just moved in! For example, the garbage disposal didn't work, closet doors were malfunctioning, and the patio door lock did not work. Imagine, we weren't even able to completely lock our apartment for the first few days we lived in it. When they did come to replace the garbage disposal it began to leak within a couple of days after. A few days later when the came to fix the leak they left very sticky sealant all over the kitchen floor. After requesting for it to be cleaned up three times, they finally came and attempted to clean it, but many large stains still remain. The whole complex is poorly kept up and the longer you live here (we've been here about six months) the worse the service gets. We've also had problems with noisy neighbors, maintenance/management entering the apartment without adequate notice, and many, many ants. Save yourself a huge headache and look elsewhere.
