THE APARTMENTS HERE ARE TO SMALL!! TO MANY KIDS! POOL DIRTY, KITCHENS TO SMALL TO EATING ROOM FOR THE PRICE HERE APARTMENTS NEED BETTER QUALITY AND BE BIGGER! OR LOWER THE RENTS. LOOKS LIKE HOTEL LIVING.

Ok first of all where do you live, cause you don't live here! There is hardly any kids here, and the ones that do live here are all locked up in there apartments. Well it appears to be that way. Come on this place wasn't build here yesterday, and if you don't like it MOVE!!!!!!!!!

i did go to see this apt.. it i extremely small- 1 bdrm claims to be 750 sqft bt my old apt at avanti on broadway ws 700 adn way bigger u barley hav any room to eat or enjoy any living room space i think it is overpriced..only good thing is central air whc is hard to find bt i chose not to rent it. i dnt think its worth it
