AT FIRST DAVID, CHER AND ALL ARE NICE BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR SOUL TO THE -----. DAVID AND CHER ACT LIKE ------. THIS IS NOT A CONCENTRATION CAMP! MAINTENANCE IS SLOW, I STILL HAVE YET TO GET THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL FIXED AMONGST OTHER PROBLEMS FROM WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BRINGING GUESTS OR THEY WILL BE HARASSED ABOUT WHERE THEY PARKED AND HOW LONG THEY ARE STAYING. THEY ALSO THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHO YOUR ARE DATING OR SEEING SO THEY CAN "REGULATE" WHO IS ON THE PREMISES. OH AND WHICH IS WORSE... THE DRUNKS OR TWEEKERS' THE DRUGS FLOW THROUGH THE CARIBBEAN COVE LIKE THEY FLOW THROUGH COLUMBIA. THEY SHOULD RENAME THIS PLACE THE "TWEEKLY SUITES". I AM OUT THE MOMENT MY LEASE COMES UP IN A FEW MONTHS. I AM AN ADULT AND DON'T DESERVE TO BE TOLD TO BE IN MY APARTMENT BY A CERTAIN TIME OR ANY OF THE SORT. I AM A QUIET PERSON WHO KEEPS TO MYSELF AND DON'T DESERVE THIS HELL HOLE!!! THE MANAGER EVEN BREAKS ALL THE LEASING RULES HIMSELF AND SAYS NO ONE ELSE CAN....IE 3 BIG DOGS, COVERINGS ON PATIO AND DECORATIONS ON PATIO (NOT FIRE PROOF BTW), HE HAS LOUD INTERCOURSE SESSIONS WITH HIS "BUSINESS PARTNER" WHICH DISTURBS THE COMMUNITY. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY' I HOPE THIS PLACE CATCHES ON FIRE. GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all is this #379!!!!!!!! I think so I live in the same building and same floor! Humm! I belive it's two dogs( Please learn how to count) and they are cocker spaniel, who are harmless! As a matter a fact it is there buissness who your bringing onto the community expecially if your boy friend who was supposally a guest, finds you his girlfriend ( at the time) in the apartment with three diffrent guys! Come on now, peolpe don't take advise from a little girl where mommy and daddy pay for yor rent! This girl is a mager tweeker who looks like she hasn't eaten in days. And is angry that she is getting doning stupid ----! Grow up and get a life! As for the manager it's no ones buissnes what him and his partner do behind close doors. I know he's pretty professional and is't going to let people know when he is having sex. Unless your this little girl who seems be ( To me) A SLUT! You probly have your ear to wall or maybe there door! You know! Come on there doing there job1 It's not fair if all these resident are having ther visitors parking inside here and then there's no parking the real RESIDENTS! Pepole if you hat it soo much just leave it's not worth getting agury at every thing! I love it here and have been living here for some years, thing are diffrent now, it's just some residents ( I mean children) can't follow rules. If your looking come here Serena and Cher are plesant and David is just a nice guy, you'll like your home. If you dont trust me come on down here and see for yor self!

I too lived here from 2003-2005 and know that David and his macabre assistant are a bunch of wabs that think because they can speak english can do what ever they want with the tenants. I am so glad I moved out and do NOT reccommend that anyone move in. I could care less about his homosexuality but he is downright rude and thinks he is better with his ESL assistant.
