RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I have always paid my rent on time and never made any problems for them. Yet they have been nothing but rude. Both Serena and Share act nice to you so that they can get the commission of you moving in. Yet the moment you get your key they switch. The manager David on the other hand seems to be nice but doesn't always kow whats going on in his complex. Not everything you see in the apartment walk through, you get once you move in. There are mounted shelves in the kitchen that they take out and put in the next apartment to show to the next future tenet. This leaves you with very little cabinet room for food. In a weeks worth of time. I had my water turned off for over 12 hours, and my apartment seached with out 24 notice. When we asked them to come back later they told us they would only give us 5 minutes. They also were having the car port redone and posted a notice to have all cars moved before 8am, they posted the notice at 7pm the night before. All cars left in the parking structure were towed to the street. Since there is very little room out there they parked them in the red zone. Cops were coming around giving out tickets and towing cars. If you are limited on places to live....I suggest to take a little extra time to find another place. The cheap move in prices and bonuses ARE NOT worth it. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
