I think several of the most recent reviews are written by "kids" with the mentality that they can do whatever they want just because the pay rent. That does not equate to you taking over an apartment building because you pay for a space. Grow up! I have lived here for over two years, and I know for a fact that this is one of the better apartments. Yeah, they have to know how long your guest are staying because they actually have enough parking for them to park inside instead of out on the street or down the block like a lot of other places. Big deal if you have to get them a pass. It's free. And if by ---- you mean they actually pay attention to if you are breaking rules and disturbing those around you...then I guess so. The only people who could have issues with the people in the office are the ones who want to run around like hoodlums as if they live in a rules free society. No such luck kids! No one has ever questioned my guest, so if yours are being questioned, it's probably with good reason. No apartment is perfect, but you get what you put into it, so if you act as if you don't care about your surroundings, then you get noticed and "reprimanded" like a school child because that is how you act. I repeat, "GROW UP."

No I mean ---- by threatening to throw us out because we are SITTING, not talking, not being loud, nothing except sitting on the balcony we pay for!!! Obviously we aren't the only one's who feel this way since these reviews have dated back years. Maybe you should realize you are in the minority of people who actually like that dump you call a home. I've moved on to much better things. A place more than double the size for the same price and an apartment staff that respects me. Maybe you need to get out more and realize that there are far better places to live than an old hotel. Which by the way has conveniently forgotten to get their elevators inspected so you may want to avoid those.

You know what's funny though? Even the person that apparently "likes" this dump only gave it a 3 out of 5. Besides which, I don't think that anyone deserves to be treated like crap no matter what their age and since we have moved here I've been treated like nothing but absolute crap from this place. I pay rent, my roommates pay rent, we don't trash the place and we don't make outrageous requests (excuse me, could you please fix my smoke detector? no? well then..) Does this sound familiar to anyone else? I'm sorry, but as long as we are paying rent then we deserve to be treated like human beings. So you grow up because this world is a lot better than what you are experiencing right now and I'm just sorry that you have to rot here of all places.

This was obviously posted ny a staff member who lives onsite...they are always desperately trying to defend this scrapheap. And the elevators are the least of the problems......how about the ASBESTOS in the ceilings and walls???? Can anyone else here pronounce Mesothelioma??? Just wait....someone will contract it.
