I have to agree with the bad reviews....I lived in this sorry, pathetic excuse for an apartment "community" and I had nearly constant issues with my plumbing, my ceiling kept developing holes (and there's asbestos in the ceilings, by the way) and I kept finding evidence that people (staff) had been in my unit without my knowledge or consent....especially when I was finally in the process of moving out. I had a plumbing main back up all over my house and they had the unmitigated balls to try to tell me that the remaining stench in the carpet and padding was from my pet! Such total CRAP. I had to throw away some of my things because the reek wouldn't go away no matter how I tried to clean them. After inventorying my belongings, I discovered that several pieces of jewelry, my digital camera, a couple of computer accessories, and even my CABLE BOX were gone! All of these items were previously accounted for, and I NEVER have guests into my house. I prefer my solitude at home. No other possible suspects, especially since I was at least fortunate enough to NOT have my place broken into, although I did come home one day to find them changing my door locks!! Without my knowledge or consent!!! First they claimed their key didn't work, then they said that they lost the key, THEN they accused me of changing the lock and not giving them a key. I wasn't long after that that I discovered my camera was missing. And here's the icing on the whole rotten cake........
THEY KEPT NEARLY ALL OF MY DEPOSITS!!! The came up with bogus lists of things that were "damaged" and I could get nowhere with it despite the fact that I had dated and timestamped photos when i left each unit. Not to mention they charged for the replacement of carpet, and re-painting...which is done after each tenant leaves regardless of necessity. This whole place is just one big pain in the ass nightmare!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL INVADE YOUR PRIVACY AND STEAL YOUR DEPOSITS AND PERSONAL ITEMS AND THEN TRY TO EVICT YOU FOR THINGS THAT THEY DAMAGED WITH THEIR NEGLIGENCE, AND THEY'LL DO IT ALL WITH A CRAPPY ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!
