Basically, the statements on this site are correct. I have live in Caribbean Cove for almost two years. From the very first day we have had the same problem and requested a repair numerous times. Well that was back in the beginning of 2006 it is now almost the end of 2008 and I am sorry to report that the problems have not been fixed. Like other ex tenants I have also come up on some of my things missing or moved. I never thought it was the maintenance guys until returning home one day to find yet again cupboards open, and my belongings misplaced. As we look around one of the maintenance guys had left some of his tools. There was no note on the door or pre-warning that my home was going to be entered. Management has been getting nicer but the quality of the living environment has not improved. Nothing gets fixed and I am sick of my things coming up missing. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you have a lot of patience and a safe!
