We moved in August of 08 under the impression these apartments were the best. Wrong, we have roaches that have been exterminated a million times and we are constantly told " oh this time they will be gone for good" wrong. The dishwasher to this day still doesn't work, the electricity in the living room on the right side was out for the first 4 months until maintenance finally decided to come around, let me not forget to mention that the plumbing is real shotty because we complained the shower in the main bathroom was flooding, well over thanksgiving it flooded and wouldn't drain until maintenance came which was after the holiday weekend. Of course with all this management wants rent on time even though they are not holding up to their part as management. We found out that after living here for a month that the rent dropped by 90 dollars and of course with all the problems here they wouldn't reduce the rent for being inconvenienced. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!
