I love the landscaping of this complex. It does get hot in the summer with no a/c. You have to pay all utilities which can be costly with paying high rent. We just had new fences installed this week and looks great! Kudos to management :). The maintenance is a little busy but always willing to meet your needs of repair or replace but they do try their best to repair the "urgent matters" first. I feel that the long-term residents should get first priority over the new move-ins with requests such as carpet cleaning and repairs. The turn around for office managers have been high. The new manager they have currently is friendly and polite. Constant problem of office closed during business hours. Come see us! I'm happy here even with the heat... psst. That is what the pool is for...
