This place sucks. Since we have been here almost a year our cars have been broken into 3 different times. What does management do'


NOTHING!!!! They dont care as long as they get there paychecks every week. They offered us a garage for $100.00 a month extra on top of our rent. Laundry costs $1.20 to wash.and on the weekends it is $1.30 What the hell is that' . This place is a rip off.


We have these neighbors that have 5 people and one cat living in a one bedroom. What does managemant do' NOTHING!!!!. Isnt that against the law' I swear every time I go pay my rent there are new people working every time. I dont think the same person has worked there for more than 2 weeks.


So if you want to live in a crappy place live at The Casa Madrid Apts in Anaheim.
