I've lived in Casa Madrid for almost a year now, and I can't wait to move out! First of all we pay $25 for unsured carports. There is never parking, neighbors are loud, kids running around the whole complex. The property management changes very frequently, they don't fix and do not care about tentants problems. Every time I would go and speak to someone about a leaking problem which took over a month to get fixed, all they would say was "It's in the computer now"...like that was going to do it!
They show you a beautilful model so you can go ahead and sign a lease, but after you get your apartment, it is a whole different story, everything is bad condition. My shower tub had some drainage problems, the sink was always leaking, there were bugs all over, the carpet was in a horrible condition, bad painting, bathroom door was not closing, the vanity was all scratched, repairmen took over a MONTH to fix a leak, etc...I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Please do not be fooled!!
