Managers seem to change on a monthly basis. When they do you have to re-explain your problems. Then they act like they want to help but do nothing. The girls that show apartments act like call-girls. They flirt and make comments just to get you to sign on the dotted line. Maintenance sits around and talks instead of doing any work. No wonder it takes so long to get anything done. Parking sucks, hope you do not want to have guests over unless you want to pick them up. They send out letters stating what we should not do things like, do not ride skateboards, bikes, no kids playing without parents, disturbing others etc. NO ONE COMPLIES AND MANMAGMENTS DOES NOTHIG ABOUT IT. Chad and Ken both told me that there was nothing they could do but tell them to stop each time anyone complained. So much for rules, so why have them' If you like a place with kids that run around all hours (do they go to school') on bikes, skateboards, screaming and cussing to each other (ages 8-12), noisy neighbors with loud music, yelling and fighting with each other, terrible parking, sorry, no parking, want-to-be-maintenance personal that could not fix a leaky sink, office personal that changes monthly are that are as smart as a bowling ball and management that says ?it is out of my hands, upper management won?t let me do anything about it?, and cares nothing about you but to get people in units then this ghetto is for you.
