This is by FAR, the WORST place I have ever even heard of. I have lived here for two years, and this is what my experience has consisted of....
1. My car towed "7" times... from my assigned parking spot.... Boyfriend towed 5 times!
2. $800 worth of laundary stolen from laundary room. Mgmt says, Sorry! Nothing we can do about it, because all the "Security Cameras" are FAKE!
3. Fire in kitchen, w/ "Supposible" appt. arranged to have all fixed....for 2 months!
4. Broken toilet..... you have to stick your hand in the back to get it to flush.... for 3 weeks!
5. coackroach INFESTED! not to mention the RATS!!!
6. The Heroin addicts that lived/ dealt drugs beneath me for 3/4 year w/ no management interference...
If you want to deal drugs, have your car jacked or towed, have you house fall to complete ----....;.. come in today and visit the LOVELY Casa Madrid Apartments.
We'll be sure to move you in.... when it's convienent for US!

Why would anyone stay more than one year if there are this many problems???? Why renew? They must of liked something to stay over 2 years....seems fishy to me....

Because after paying the high amount of rent every month you have no money to save up for another apartment so you end up stuck in that hell hole

I think I just found an idiot too... Anyone who writes "They must of liked" is uneducated. Notice the nick Mr. Arnel-agent? With your rip-off rentals you indeed do not leave tenants with enough money to pay for a moving truck and a first and last month payment for another apartment or residence. Why? Because you steal the tenant's deposits with your phoney excuses of cleaning fees. It is time that Arnel gets a cookie of its own dough. |
