Terrible place to live. Management is very rude!! I heard rumors of "Arnel Management" (Casa Madrid) keeping all security deposits and so when I moved out I wanted to test my tbeory and I made the apt look better than it did when I moved in!!! They took all my security deposit and gave me FAKE receipts!! Those vendors are all in the business with them. They even charged me $10 for pictures they would NEVER SHOW ME because there never wa any..because if there had been you would have seen a clean apt. My apt was never painted..people steal your cars as well as your laundry..and if your isnt stolen then management towed it!! They out up new gates around the whole complex which does no help and only tells me there is a safetly issue on the property which all they did was lock all the thieves in!!Laundry prices chenge depnding on the time of day''' give me a break'' dont you get enough money in the rent you chrage for a nasty apt''whatever you do take my word and dont move in!! they take all your money and never help you and all you get is a dirty tiny apt!!! OH AND DONT HAVE VISITORS BECAUSE THEY WILL PARK ON THE STREET ACCROSS TH STREET!!!!
