They LIE to you when you walk into the rental office. They tell you there is lots of parking, but after 5pm GOOD LUCK. Rent is SKY HIGH because they rip out all the flowers every month and plant new ones to keep it looking nice. They waste money on balloons to try and attract more tenants. The management is totally unaccountable. The maintenance guys are the only ones with half a brain and they aren't sweet just to your face. It's a boring community and nobody ever meets their neighbors (I know, I tried and everyone was totally shocked that one of their neighbors was actually talking to them). They roll out the red carpet when you move in and SCREW you out of your money when you leave. I didn't believe one bad review, but maybe you'll save yourself the trouble and believe two. Trust me, it's a crummy place to live.

I totally agree with your assessment. The only thing great about this place are the floor plans. Management is horrible. Their policy is to ignore the residents until they quit calling. They have absolutely 0 follow-up. They all claim to be the "person in charge" and then when you need something to get done; they pass the buck, saying that they are not the person in charge. I finally had to ask for the number to corporate in order to resolve my issues, and then they refused to give me the number! Then corporate never followed-up. I feel like I have to do their job for them. Is it so hard for them to do their job? I feel like I have to do it for them. On average it takes about 7-8 follow-up calls before the issue is ever addressed. They are extremely unprofessional and refuse to acknowledge your existence after you sign your lease. The maintenance are the only staff members who actually follow-up and are nice and considerate. The parking is horrific. There is no parking all day on the weekends, no matter what time you come, and then anytime after 5:00 pm on the weekdays there is no parking. The management told me that if I wanted a parking spot that I would need to have the towing company come and tow people away. I called the towing company; they told me that they would be there within 3-4 days. That was a lot of help, as I was sitting in the parking lot at 2am with nowhere to park. I would never recommend living here, and I actually steer people away from any property managed by Arnel.

I had to have a lawyer send a letter to there corporate office to get my deposit back and then they lied on the check making it look like it was the end of a rental check. Call the corp office until they fix this place.

This is the worst place to live !! I would to just share some of the past and present drama that I have had and have, but this place and the staff is not worth it..( CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE ) They have raised my rent so that they can get more money just incase I move ( WHICH I AM )cars taken from me w/parking sticker / wrong info giving by staff, C's towing was HAWKS ! waiting on there prey...I am hating this place so bad'trying to save up money to move! A.S.A.P. (Recommend that you do the same or don't even move here.( unless you want lie's ,car broken into or stolen, fight w/staff managers and that's if you pay rent on time ( Just think if you are behind ) I Pay on time every month, Just try to keep them out my buisness and path and apartment,( I Truley dread this place ) Worst every thing ( But They will plant flower's at your expense )

ive lived here for one year and am moving out at the end of may and i am soooo happy. this year has been nothing short of a nightmare. the only good thing about this place is the landscaping, but trust me, we pay for it. they make it seem like such a nice place to live and that parking will be great. our car was broken into twice and i know several neighbors whos cars have been broken into and vandalized. and arnel doesnt do ---- about it. weve called the poice every time and they could care less also. the manager is an idiot ----- and all the women in there are condisending and i have no idea how they have a job in the first place. I LOATHE LOOAAAATTTHHHEEEE this place!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
