There is only one assigned parking space per apartment. If you move here, you better be the only one with a car because there is hardly any extra space toward the evening and at night, it is impossible to find a car space.
My wife and I spend many nights, after work, looking for an extra car space in the building for our other car. Since most of the time we are unable to find a space with in the apartments, we drive both of the cars to a residential area near the apartments to park one the cars, which is often also full of cars.
Although, we did register on the waiting list for an enclosed garage within a few months of moving; after almost a year, we have yet heard anything from the management.
As far as the building and the landscape are fine, the front door of the apartment is kind of thin and you can always hear people walking. We do occasionally find ants, large brown spiders and millipedes in the apartment, but we kill them and move on.
Even thought, I consider myself to be very easy going and not much can bother me, the parking situation, at CASA MADRID APARTMENTS, is despicable.
