laundry machine to reload laundry card is always out of order

the laundry room uses a card that you load with cash or credit, however the credit option doesn't always work and will be out for days leaving me to have to run to get cash at a store to fill my card to do laundry. The apartment management makes sure the yards are mowed more then everything else that is highly important.

there should also be a limit on how many machines you can use. the people i live next too always take ALL the machines. ive gotten in 2 fights with 2 different people becuz they refused to let me use the machines. this needs to be regulated on.
