Lousy Place to Live!

This place is the worst apartment I've ever lived in.

Oh yes, the complex looks nice and the apartments are reasonably well appointed, but everything else sucks! Primarily the management staff.

They have just sold the complex again and the management staff has just changed again, but the new staff is no better.

They are pleasant to talk to, however they are unresponsive to problems and give you every stupid excuse in the book.

Kids run wild throughout the complex and my car has been egged once and dented several times by rocks, balls, skateboards, etc.

I too have seen rodents throughout the complex and have a terrible spider problem.

Repairs (when actually done)are of poor quality.

The appliances are old and dumpy looking.

They are proud of the fact that these apartments have nice fireplaces, but they don't work.

All you get is a flame the size of that of a candle.

There have been continuous problems at the pools - everything from small children running around completely unattended and screaming to very loud naked orgy parties late at night, people peeing in the jucuzzi and you don't even want to know the rest.

If you're thinking of living here.....DON'T! I've lived in much less expensive apartments and never had problems like these!
