They will try to rip you off here. Forget about your deposit. They will take it to improve the apartment no matter what. In my case, they told me it would cost $1800 to break my lease. I reluctantly paid the fee to move out and sailed off into the sunset. One month later they sent me a bill for another $1550 dollars! They charged me for the first month of free rent that I recieved one month after the fact. In addition, they did not include this in the move out notice which we BOTH signed. Instead they added this last minor $1550 fee AFTER THE FACT! This place is a total rip off. DO NOT MOVE THERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
