NOT LUXURY at ALL! Overpriced!

Expensive and looks nice, but MORE PROBLEMS that i ever imagined. -- CHANGED MY MAILBOX LOCK & GAVE ANOTHER TENANT THE KEY -- This really made me mad... they changed the lock on my mailbox and gave someone else the key & said there was nothing they could do about it until the other person gave the key back. So for 2 days another tenant had access to credit card statements etc. and I could not get my mail. Stopping the flow of mail is ILLEGAL. -- ENTERED MY APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE -- I found a note on my counter that said maintenance had fixed dryer. Was not asked permission or notified...office admitted mistake & apologized, but personal items were out in the open & this is ILLEGAL. -- NEW TENANTS have been assigned my parking space numerous times, and one even yelled at me to get out of HIS space (I'd been there for over a year). Found out the management's parking space maps are #'d wrong. An office employee told me I was "SOL" if someone parked in my space. PARKING NOT ADEQUATE -- Random people parking in my space, and not enough guest parking so I have had to park across the complex and walk to my apartment at 1am. BAD APPLIANCES - My dishwasher has never worked right, my gas oven ignitor blew the door of the oven open when it exploded, my toilet and bathtub look like they are from the 70s and my carpet smells like smoke (not from me), and my dryer (also looked like it was from the 70s) caught on fire. RAT DROPPINGS in my cabinets when I moved in. GAS LEAKING from my fireplace. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
