VERY Nice Place to Live

I have lived in very nice places, and also some pretty horrible ones.

The Cascades is VERY NICE.

The grounds are quiet, the management is very kind and willing to help.

I have not seen one rat as described in other reviews.

Parking is great with nice big parking spots.

My complaints are few.

The gate to the community is open ALL DAY.

My car was broken into by some kids and everything stolen from it.

The Anaheim Hills police department were VERY quick to respond and even sent forensics out to dust for prints.

The maintenance staff is there when they say they will be there and have fixed any problems we may have had.
I would highly recommend The Cascades to anyone.

DOWNSIDE, the traffic from the 91 freeway, but is obviously not the Cascades' fault.

Isn't a problem if you're not on the side with the freeway.
