I too have lived at the Cascades for some time now and have enjoyed living there. No rat problem either like the other review. The staff is not the friendliest but the get the job done. The room sizes are good and I must live a quiet part of the complex because I have no complaints. What is nice about the Cascades is that you have a lot of greens on the grounds and a natural enviorment just ajacent to the property. we have a two car garage so the parking is alway great, for visitors it is a bit to be desired at times. On the over all I love living there.
