Horrible Management

I have lived in the complex for a year now and I also have to agree that the staff has probably been writing the good reviews.
First and foremost the manager, we will call him "Bob" for this review, is the biggest jerk I have ever come across. At first he comes off nice, but then he turns into the biggest ahole on the planet. He can care less about his tennants. His goal is to fill up all of the EMPTY apartments in this complex. He is not polite in any way. Management should understand that customer service is priority #1. I don't think he knows how to talk to people. Not a manager you want to have when living in an apartment complex. I am surprised he can be considered a manager.
The other main issue is the fact they call them Luxury Apartments. What a load of crap. I called to have 7 items fixed in my place and after 6 weeks I finally approached "Bob" to let him know. He just said go to the office and tell maintinence. It took a week for them to come out and they jimmy rigged everything! I could have done it myself. Finally I talked to the head maintenance guy and he fixed most of the problems.
It is absolutely not worth the money OR the headache to deal with Management. I would suggest finding another complex...
