Nothing but problems

So here is part of the list:
- The apartment manager is bad news.
Very difficult to deal with.
Seems nice at first until you rent.
- Garages leaks (flood)
- No parking.
If you have more than 1 car then forget about it.
Its a pain.
No visitor parking.
- If you get a garage unit you will not be able to put anything in there or ------ will try to evict you.
I mean anything...
other than a car.
Oh, and they search the garages every 3 months.
- ------ has pit bulls that he lets crap all over the grass and doent not clean it up.
- Maintenence is slow to fix much of anything.
- There has been issues of the management and maintenence "peeping" on people in their rooms/bathrooms.
- There have been rat problems
- Forget about having a company car, ------ considers it a "commercial vehicle" and you will have to park it outside of the complex (about 1/2 mile away).
So many problem.
