Wow! I wonder who in the office wrote that sparkling "review"''

Let me tell you all the real scoop about this place: Yes, they have painted it, and added awnings and yes there are truly gorgeous trees everywhere.

Speaking of trees and foliage, just wait until fire season when you have to stay home from work in fear of a sudden mandatory evacuation due to the location in the "hills".

Then, there are the newer tenants, the ones who apparently lost their homes in the big foreclosure crisis.

You know, the ones with four kids who hang out on the friggen steps of their building, smoking pot and drinking beer til all hours of the night, and who leave vomit on the sidewalks.

Oh, and the parties that happen at the pool with rap music blaring way past the 10:00 curfew and which require the police department (not security, THE POLICE) to come and usher everyone out.

By the way, unless you work within a mile of this place, the commute sucks and Santa Ana canyon road gets clogged up from all the Corona/Riverside dwellers trying to avoid the 91 East.

At these rent prices, you would be better off just moving *to* Beverly Hills.

If you move in despite these warnings, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I know from experience because I read the previous reviews and moved in anyway.

Now, I can't wait to move out.

You can put lipstick on a pig but in the end, it will still roll around in mud at every chance.

Nice call on the fire since this place burned to the ground yesterday. Anaheim Hills is too dry and dangerous to live in. I prefer living with all the dangerous (lol) -------- in central anaheim. Who has it more dangerous. Gated communities in the hills or my house that is still standing on Harbor blvd.

I wish I had been wrong, but I feel blessed that we moved when we did. I don't think gloating is called for, though. The people who lost everything yesterday don't have anything to do with me, or you, or anyone who has lived there and hated it. They are now homeless, and it's a horrible tragedy be they living in Anaheim Hills or Santa Ana; Malibu or Culver City; Beverly Hills or Watts. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemies.
