So I read all the other reviews and I have to say that the bad ones are completely misleading. I lived in the cascades for over 8 years and I loved every moment of it. Its a perfect place if you have kids or pets. There are two full size tennis courts, two large pools(both containing spa, shower and bathroom facilities), large grass fields for animals to run around and do their business. There are stationed poles that provide plastic bags for your animals waste along with trash cans. There is a very nice gym with great workout machines available till 10 or 11 pm. The club house is available for parties as long as you agree to their rules and pay for it. There are a few speed bumps that help keep the speed limit low so its safe to walk around. The staff is amazing. every time we had a problem they were able to fix it within 24 hrs or less. They got the job done right the first time. They do wash the carpet if you have been there for awhile as long as you move everything out of the way for them. If u have a 2 bed room apartment then u have a 2 car parking spot and there are visitors parking everywhere. If you have guest over it wont be that hard to find parking. All you have to do is move your car ahead of time in an open visitor parking spot and have your visitor park in your assigned parking. COME ON PEOPLE ITS NOT THAT HARD!

There is security during the night and day circling the place so its extremely safe. Yes there are people who do throw parties late at night and I was one of them. I guess you can have 40 to 50 people in a 2 bedroom apartment but it happens. There are two different complex so if you want a more peaceful area live in the left side complex and if your younger I suggest you live in the right side. The freeway doesn t make much of a noise because you re way above it and from far away it sounds like the ocean waves (that is if your not living right by the edge of the hill by the freeway)

The only problem is the manager ROBERT! He s rude and he doesn t give a rats ass about the people. He lives in the cascades and wow if he sees you riding a bike, skating boarding, rolling skating, diving into the pool or anything that most people do for fun he will flip out. He watches the place like a hawk so watch out. You can easily get away with things but you need to always keep an eye out of him.

The cascades a wonderful place to live. Beautiful and friendly. Wonderful weather through every season. Close to shopping centers and 91 freeway.
I m looking for a place to move into right now myself and if I didn t have to worry about the price hands down I would move back into my old apartment. I miss It too much.

The Cascades really is amazing! Especially since the new manager came onboard replacing Robert at the beginning of the year. Thank you to the staff who really care about us residents! The place just keeps getting better and better.
