From: alistor01@Yahoo.com Date posted: 7/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I needed a place closer to work and these guys were running a special, what I would do to go back in time and not sign that lease. In the beginning it was ok, except for the very loud and very early trash collecters. Then I started noticing how old the apartments really were and how they were just dressed up to look nicer then they are. The plumbing is ancient, the ceilings (in downstairs units) are very low and claustrophobic. My truck was stolen. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. there are tow trucks that "patrol" the complex and look for anyone and everyone to tow (minimum 246.00 dollar charge). I have been towed 3 times for parking in my own spot. The security guards are an absolute joke, and ass holes to boot. The deck above me looks like it could fall on my head at any moment. The pools suck, the in-unit washer and dryer only hold about half a normal load and dont clean your clothes. The dishwasher is so old that it ruined all my dishes with some nasty scum that wont come off. The shower was built for midgets. The AC is tempremental. I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!
