I've lived at Cascades for about 4 months and haven't had any problems. The office staff is always polite and when I called about my garbage disposal they came over right away and fixed it. I'm on the second floor so I don't notice any noise from any of my neighbors, everyone seems nice and friendly. Guest parking can be an issue but overall I am happy with my decision to move into the Cascades.
