I lived at this place in 1995-1997 ('). This place was a ghetto then and I'll bet it is worse now! At that time, some skank named Janet and her chunky pal named Chrissy (') were operating this place. There was some maintenance guy named Dan (who stole from us!). Believe me, the ONLY thing different then was it was mainly whites running the show. Even then people were pissing all over the place, by the mailboxes, in the elevators, in the stairwell. NASTY! No one had told us about the train either. If you live there, you know the train is literally 10 feet from the complex and whenever it goes by (all the time) it shakes the hell out of your apartment. And back then (and maybe still now) the Disney fireworks would go off every nite and wake up my baby. I cant imagine the new management is any worse than the skank who was in charge when I lived there. She was UGLY and wore tons of makeup and she was rail thin and used to wear skirts up her @$$. She was a -----!! She was never in the office. And ya, by the way, we NEVER got our deposit back! They had ALL kinds of excuses. They even claimed we never turned in our keys! LIARS! FOR GODS SAKE DO NOT MOVE HERE. 10 YEARS LATER IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE!
