Upon moving into Del Amo, I was quite impressed with the older female manager they had at that time. Things got done and I was satisfied. She left and another male manager came in and WOW, did he clean the place up. For almost 5 years I was content, satisfied and lived as living should be. (BOMBSHELL) He left, and a string of want to be people who attempted to fill the shoes of the previous manager. Cars getting broken into, things not getting fixed, tweakers, drug sales on the playground, DEA raids, vandalism. They stole my security deposit even AFTER I had the place cleaned (by a licensed contractor) and said they could do what they had to because they had pictures. Take pictures..protect yourself...TRUST ME....I would have my deposit back already. I am taking them to court, (as I have pictures of my own when I left)..little do they know.
