We've been living here for five years now and have finally come to the realization that management does not care about the residents or the property, so we are currently looking to rent somewhere else.

Up until about two years ago, before the only decent manager we had left, this was a nice family oriented complex with high morale and neighbors that had one another's backs. Since he left, we have had a string of managers that care nothing about what happens with and to the residents nor the property.

The current manager is a liar, and a bad one at that. It is obvious to everyone that as long as you keep quiet about the trials in this place you will be left alone and allowed to stay. However, if you are one, such as I am, to "call" her bluffs and insist that things be handled legally, thoroughly, and promptly, then pack your bags, because you WILL be forced to leave one way or the other.

Allow me to just sum things up this way: This woman lies, cheats, and steals. She removes money from the books, because she doesn't like to "deal with change." Maintenance does shoddy work when and if they even do anything at all. Pages are left unanswered. The hot water is shut off or all running water is shut off at least once a month and inquiries as to why go ignored. The manager will lie bold faced about the problems in this complex when speaking to her superiors, and rents will not be pro-rated under any circumstance. Hot wires are exposed all over the property. Dog feces can be found on the sidewalks anywhere and at any given time.

Cars are continually being vandalized and property stolen. Drug addicted homeless people roam the complex day and nite, sleeping in empty apartments, cars, and storage units. Drug paraphanelia such as dirty syringes and glass pipes have been found by children on the premises. Bags of methamphetamine have been found on the premises. Police raid this building regularly.

BBQ grills are not working, washers and dryers are not working. The fountain is frequently left with mold and mildew in it and the pool is often filthy behind families swimming and bathing in it fully clothed.

I can easily go on and on about the follies in this complex but if you need more then you probably don't care anyway. This is a bad, bad place to bring your family and it is only getting worse. Please, please look elsewhere. Show them that this kind of shoddy management will not be tolerated.
