El Pueblo Apartments

Management Sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Well just want to let everyone know that I had lived there for 2 years from 2001-2003. It was a small communtiy and 1/2 of the residents got treated with respect and dignity. The other half got treated like absolute ----. The Owner never repaired anything in the units. carpet looked like it was dyed about 5 times and when the sunlight shined in the apartment then the edges were a different color. I did get evicted from there and they took my entire deposit which they were never accountable for. Went 3 days with no toilet and I was told to use a vacant apartment. That was nice of them but a little difficult to do with children in the middle of the night. Since then I became a property manager and have been doing so for the past 4 1/2 years. Pets were allowed but the owner told me that my cat couldn't be on my balcony and he even tried to get the residents to pay for the spraying of the grounds, which was his responsibility. I know how to take care of my residents!! unlike Mr. Osborne .
