My apartment floorplan was awesome - lots of space and cabinets for storage. Everything else about this apartment complex sucked. The ant problem is insane! I am not a messy person, I do not leave food out EVER... but still, the ants are everywhere. The Orange County Ant Authority even came to do a study on the complex.
Also, safety is a big concern here. One of my visitors had their car keyed while it was parked in the visitor parking spots. Also, a lot of cars got broken into while I was living there. I did not feel safe walking around by myself at night.
