Though the floorplan may seem appealing, the complex itself is in terrible shape. All the amenities advertised have serious problems: the pool and fitness center have been closed for months with no noticable progress or upgrades made, the laundry machines barely function, and are occasionally inaccessible for weeks at a time, the parking is very difficult to manage, and visitor vehicles have not been safe. The community is extremely noisy, and is often overwhelmed with a terrible stench reminiscent of a landfill. The staff is totally unmotivated to improve the community, has entered without permission (or warning) more than once, and failed to perform basic repairs on the water system for three months, leaving the apartment without hot water. I had to report them to the County Health Department in order to get the hot water returned. The price they are asking is outrageous for the terrible conditions.
