I lived here from Nov. 2005 to August 2006, they change management every couple of months or so. We went through 5 managers the whole time we lived there. Our location was actually right on the corner of Frontera and 91 freeway. All you hear at night is loud-ass semi-trucks going by. Not once did we ever have a peaceful night sleep. The vending machines are a nice amenity but towards the end of our stay someone or some people broke into & stolen everything in the machine. The fitness center was nice to have and equipment was sufficient for a nice workout, but some people that went in there were never serious about the workout and just occupied equipment. The pool is small. We had a serious roach infestation and they offer fumigation twice a month which is nice but i had just given birth to a baby and couldn't have those chemicals in the air. We tried to keep it under control by purchasing roach traps and keeping everything sanitary. We are not messy people and our place would be spotless and still at night they were literally everywhere. One time a roach fell on my eyelid, it was the most disgusting thing that had ever happened to me. The rent is expensive for the small amount of square footage you get. The maintenance was alright they did usually come up the same day we put in a request. But they always seem like they don't wanna do their job. But every few months or so they have a thing that they do were they walk around and tell you what you can and cannot have on your porch. They rarely gave notice when they were gonna shut off the water for "repairs" which it seemed like they would do at least a few times a month. I had a baby and relied on the water for her formula. That was very unacceptable.
