Where do I start' We have ants all the time. We've had a few roaches, but we spray ourselves to help the problem. I think we are the only ones in the complex that pay full rent, the rest are subsidized housing. Our sink doesn't work, nor does our dishwasher. Considering we're one of the few to pay full rent, one would think management would fix it when we ask, but no! There are countless Mexican children running around without parental supervision screaming and making it impossible to do anything, even when you are inside your apartment with all doors and windows shut. There are two residents who dig through the trash to supplement their income with recyclables, so you have to be careful what you throw away, they'll find it! Cars are broken into all the time. A guy who was evicted was seen using the pool early in the morning as his bathing area. The laundry facilities have been broken for months. Some of the families are too cheap to pay their electric bill so they leave the doors to their apartment standing wide open like some homeless trailer park. When I last checked, there were seven tenants listed on the Megan's Law website for child molestation, and one with rape by force. Doesn't stop the Mexican's from letting their kids run wild though. So, if you like bugs, child molesters, obnoxious children, management that could care less, trash for neighbors, thieves, and did I mention the pot heads whose marijuana rolls out of their windows, then Five Coves is the apartment for you! this is my first time writing about an apartment, but I had to try to help a potential victim. RUN!!!
