Car break-ins From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived at Harbor Cliff 5/2000-6/2001 My car was broken into twice in that time. The Manager told me the cops thought it was a gang of kids that lived in the neighborhood bordering the apartments. I was very disappointed in the maintenance of the place, even though the maintenance man was a great guy he would talk more than work. I got out of there as soon as my lease was up!
