Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
After many calls to Lola and Jonathan at corporate, I finally got a returned call today. This Jonathan is a relative of the owner. He started off pretending as if he know nothing about what I was requesting, insulted me and was rude. I got $75.00 bucks for my losses and a free lecture on renters insurance. Can't remember the last time i made so many phone calls just and got so little response. Also, can't remember the last time i was treated so poorly by managers. I'm looking for a place to move.
