Well, from what my parents say, they really really liked this place. It was pretty new when they moved in....course, they moved in approximately November 1971 and moved out that following Summer - 1972. However, they say that the front looks really good and probably if that is the case, then maybe they still are great on the inside.
Now, I was 6 or 7 months old when they moved out...so I really have no 1st person recollection of them....we moved to an apartment on Webster Street off of Magnolia after that and lived there until 1974 and then in another from 1974 to 1986 before we moved to Corona in 1986 where I live now with my wife. However, if I was ever going to move back to Anaheim for whatever reason, the first place I would check would be "The King of Spain".
My rating is based off of the early 1970's

Ok... It's obvious that you have no actual recollection of your experience here and keep in mind that any place is wonderful when it is brand new, but I live here and nothing gets taken care of and the place is LITERALLY falling apart... So how can you sit there and rate a place that you have no actual RECENT recollection of, saying that it is great and that you would recommend it to people when you have not lived here in over 35 years!?!?!
