The aparments are of a decent size, but the building is falling apart. Windows and sliding doors fall off or don't work - the walls crumble - the cabinets are old - etc. Also, TINY kitchens and poorly planned bathrooms so only skinny people can walk into them comfortably without hitting the sink/cabinets. There is parking for you, but you had better hope your friends don't want to come over because after about 8:30 pm weeknights (and all weekend) finding street parking is a NIGHTMARE. Get ready to hike in from about five blocks away.

I lived in King of Spain Apt can you say GHETTO!!!! The managment suck and 2 time in 1yr frame our apartment complex was on lock down by the swat team looking for criminals that were running form the cops. We had people who lived below us that would play their music soo lound my walls would shake and yet the so called "MANAGERS" would not do a thing about it. We MOVED!!!
