My Apartment Complex Across street causes PROBLEMS!!!

I'd live across the street at Water F-ing Riff Apartments and we are a dog-friendly complex. This means all these dogs will bark when the gate opens and closes, residents come home, and a leaf falls on the floor. If you live at King of Spain and they don't allow dogs, you'll hear plenty of our devils. I hate my place and I just want to let you know you don't need to live in a place that doesn't allow dogs to be annoyed by dogs.
