Very nice manager. Maintenance is very quick when requested. The problem is there are many requests since the property is very old. Water turn off almost every month. The property is usually very quiet, but occasionally people use pools after hours and sometimes until 3 am. Those ppl are very very loud, and walls and windows are not sound proof at all. Normal conversation at the pool can be heard from my room with windows shut, and I can actually understand it word for word.

Yes, it is old and not well built. When ppl walk on stairs, it shakes the entire building and resembles earthquake. Other that those, it's a quiet place with the best manager and maintenance. Also very good floor plan. You need gate opener to get out as well as get into the parking lot.
