BE WARE OF MADISON PARK, You'll regret it if you rent here

As most people we ignored the reviews and rented here after management made everything look and sound so great. Unfortuntately after renting here we found out that the management DO NOT care about the tenants of their complaints. Water gets cut off all the time without further notice a lot. today is 3/20/07 and there has been no water all day and it's 10pm now. Management has been saying water will be back since 4pm.
Most of the beautiful ammenities you see in your tour ARE NOT working and will never be fixed. I spoke with a lot of the tenants and found out most of them can't wait to get out of here. Including us.
1 out of 4 computers is working, you can't use them after 5pm, fax and printer are not working, 1 or max 2 grills are working out of 5. The two working have problems and management doesn't care about fixing them. Water change from hot to cold while you are in the shower immediately.
Last but not Least, washers & dryers don't work most the time and you get to loose your money in them. And the strangest is that Madison Park charge the tenants for water and gas after you already pay the city of Anaheim. So they try to collect them AGAIN.
You will definitely REGRET IT IF YOU MOVE HERE.
