I have lived her since December 04 and I am tired of people bashing where I live for no reason other than their own stupidity. Since I have lived here there have been many changes. It hasn't always been easy to live around construction, but I knew it would only make my home better. I hear people complaining that they can't hang towels and crap over their balconies, this isn't the ghetto. We don't live in a trailer, we don't hang our clothes over the balcony to dry. I'm glad to read that people are getting notices that this is not acceptable. Who the hell wants to come home and see your neighbors underwear and crap drying all over the place. Yes the construction has been a pain, but everything they have done has been worth it. My water has been shut off too, but I understand they can't send everyone a notice if it's an emergency. If my neighbors apartment is flooding they have no choice but to shut the water off and it's usually for a short time. This could happen in your house or any other apartment building. Everytime I've called the office to find out what was going on they were very helpful and apologetic when my water was shut off. Why do you peole posting feel it's the offices fault' I have no complaints about Pinnacle. I'm happy that this is where I live. Any place under renovation is going to have issues, but I'm glad they're doing their best to make it easier for me and my neighbors. I chose to stay here during this process, which is almost over. They gave me the option to transfer or move, but I like it here and chose to stay. I feel if people aren't happy they should just move and not make everyone else's life miserable. Anyone who moved in within the last 2 years or so could see this was a place under construction. Why are you complaining about it now' This was one of their selling points to me, when they wanted me to renew, that they were remodeling and there would be a lot of improvements. This is one of the best places that I have lived at and I have lived in a lot of apartments. This has been my home going on three years and I'm glad I stayed. As far as all the complainers, this will be a better place if you just moved and take your crappy attitude with you. Why would you stay here if you weren't happy, they can't make everyone happy. I'm thinking out of 2000 people if there are only the couple of idiots that are crying on here that is pretty good odds. Just a note.....

Funny how all the people who are happy play anonymous... haha. This is another staff member trying to make madison park look good, it is not going to happen. People can see with there own eyes and realize this place is hell. I am glad to say this is my last day her as I am moving. Oh yeah by the way, if this place is so perfect and they have no problems why would they let me out of my lease without a penalty??? That proves that they know they have problems!

Again...I don't remember seeing anyone complaining that they got notices because they were trying to dry a towel on this site. Water shut offs...yeah they happen...but here they apparently happen about 3 times a week. And I only get notices about once a month. So does that mean that there are about 11 - 15 EMERGENCY shut offs a month...in my building alone. That must be some pretty crappy piping they got here. My humble opinion is that they just shut the water off without bothering to tell the building residents when they are busy working on one of the many EMPTY apartments. And yes...they do shut the water off in my building that often. I can always tell because when I come home and turn on the water it starts spitting and hissing as it refills the pipes.
Why would we stay here...because we were silly enough to sign a lease agreement which would cost several thousand dollars to get out of. I'm not going to give them that much satisfaction. I'm just going to wait out my lease and then move out. I don't actually have a crappy attitude...I don't even bother to talk to people that much...but when I do, the first thing out of my mouth isn't...."Oh my god this place sucks ass..you should go to this website and complain." Sorry...I'm just a normal person who says hi and makes polite conversation with complete strangers and then goes on about my day living at my crappy ass apartments!
