Its really not that bad... From: jservin@email.com Date posted: 8/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Look granted this isnt the best place in orange county to live but really its not that bad. Ive lived here since 02/07 and I truly am pretty satisfied. The amenities do work(grill, gym, pool tables). The rehab wasnt the best since they painted absolutly everything but i can get past that. The main pool is nice, the club house is awesome. Most complian i really dont have any REAL problems. I live on the top floor so the sun is always in my apartment even with the a/c on its hot as can be. All my neibors are real coo they kkep to themselves most of the time. The parking is alright i always get one close to my unit. The only thing i think that would really make things perfect for me would be a really professionally done rehab, hard wood floors, and dual pain windows and patio doors. Oh also my tub backed up last night i called about it today ill update everybody if it dosnt get fixed. Rent here I have no idea where everyone else lives but Ive never expieranced any of the problems that the rest of these individuals claim to have. Also i cannot substantiate that these are false claims.
