This place is absolutely horrible. I have lived in so many apartment complexes and this is the worst one yet. When I took a tour, the girl assured me that it was a quiet community and they had a no tolerance policy for noise after 10pm. She told me there is a 24 hour courtesy patrol and the manger himself takes complains very seriously and will evict people who violate this policy. What a joke! My neighbors wake me up all the time with their fighting on their balcony and playing drinking games all damn night. I've called courtesy patrol (who actually show up maybe 30% of time and don't enforce any noise ordinance) and they give me attitude for calling THEM! I don't get it. The management is very sympathetic, yet nothing changes. The only conclusion I can get out of it is that they a.) don't do anything or b.) they just send a letter asking the person to keep it down (which why would the idiot keep it down if there is no repercussion for their actions'). Either way, it's frustrating. I just wish the sales girl would have been honest with me when I took the tour and told me that complex was more of a party atmosphere and I would only fit in if I go to sleep at 5am like the rest of the drunk idiots.
The neighbors are very scary and I would love to be able to ask them to keep it down, but I'm worried they will slash my tires or get violent with me. The type of people who have no respect have no respect all aspects in life. It not just limited to being loud all night.
There is a huge bug problem. The ants are everywhere. Also, the neighbors are so lazy that instead of throwing their trash in the numerous trash chutes, they throw it on the property. Really classy bunch of citizens here.
Don't leave your laundry unattended. I did and they stole it from the washing machine, which means they had to take wet clothes into their home. I guess they needed it more than I did, but it still makes me mad since my work uniform was in there.
I think the place would get better if management cracked down on noise. It would weed some of the bad seeds out. The grounds are gorgeous and the people work very hard to keep the area looking beautiful. But who wants to live with a bunch of -------s' Not me. I'm out of here soon and can't run fast enough. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I feel your pain...or rather felt....for almost 2 full years. BUT THERE IS HOPE!!! I made it out and you can too!!!!
Since I HAVE made it out, I will tell you all a secret that I kept to myself until I left for fear that if others tried, it wouldn't work anymore! The last couple of months I was there, I figured out a way around the constant water temp. fluxuations in the shower! I had one of the handheld showerheads in the shower and would usually only use one or the other, but I noticed that when I would use both showerheads at the same time, I got a lot less variances in the temp as the shower went on. There were still some minor changes from cool to warm, but I never had the extreme cold to scalding changes when both showerheads were going. So there you have it.....try it for yourself and see the difference.
As for everything else, I am now living in a new community and loving it. I did move for work but now live in an apartment that is about 150sq feet bigger and is over $100 cheaper. And it is such a nice place!
OK...done bragging now. Just wanted to let you all know that there is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel! You just gotta sprint for the bright light!!!!
Good luck!

I can't wait to leave myself, I think the whole tour things is a scheme, they only show you the section that they maintain on a daily basis. You never see all the trash, dog poop, unattended eletrical rooms, and whenever they start to remodel a vacated apartment the cleaning and maintenance crew can be just as bad as the tennants. It is a major safety hazzard for the children that live here, I even saw a child almost dorn in the larger pool becuase his mom was to busy on the cell phone. She had to actually give him CPR to help him gain consciousness it was the scariest thing I have ever seen but nothing was reported to the office by security.
