There is no comparison in Anaheim to this property. They have everything. I have been a resident for 3 weeks this time and this is the second time I've lived here. The staff is very nice. I am very happy with my apartment and look forward to staying for a long time. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

You have only lived there 3 weeks!
Just wait until you have to do laundry and you have to run your clothes in the drier a second time, because they are still damp.
Just wait until something breaks and you need to get someone to fix it.
Just wait until you get dings all over the side of your car because the parking spaces are too small for people to get in.
Just wait and then see how much you like the place.

Ok, I dont want to bash this person but you are the biggest idoit or you work there. Im going with you work there and you are the biggest idoit. Anyone reading this is going to know that if you only lived here for three weeks that would have not responed to these post and gave the rating a 5. there is nobody in there right mind that would give that shi% hole a 5. Maybe you should put more effort into fixing the problems instead of trying to cover them up.
Lets take a vote you has roaches, whos water doesnt work the list goes on. Then you idoits in the office send out 3days to me and my neighobors and its your fault. Then you cant even take blame for that. Get a life you losers

Why would you comment after 3 wks??? You wouldn't even know about this website after 3 wks!!!! IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lived there for 4 years because we were too lazy to move! The whole time even after a month of living in as joeygracie098 put it shi%hole we knew it was bad, we just didn't want to up and move again. The management SUCKS! The people who live there have no respect for people living around them! Have fun with those ants!!!!!!!!! Oh and hopefully your bathroom roof isn't caving in!

Yeah, I agree with everyone here that this person who posted (socalcutie) must be someone who works at Madison Park. Is socalcutie getting any kick-backs for posting a lie about this horribly managed apartment complex? Perhaps this loser is going to get promoted to a bigger loser? Who knows...

Calm down, now people. Socalcutie has every right to post her opinion. She may not be an employee here - after all, she obviously has at least a third grade education based on her post. Perhaps she has an apartment in some strange vortex where the rest of our problems don't exist. I saw that on TV once, after the cable company fixed the cable that the complex cut during their remodel. It was a cool show but I didn't catch the name of it because the roaches kept turning the channel. Not to mention my neighbor was partying so hard I only caught a third of the dialogue. I don't blame my neighbor; he was celebrating. It was "Tuesday." (Apparently, that is a big holiday for many of my neighbors, rivaled only by Christmas, New Years Eve, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Weekend).
In addition, she has only been here three weeks. She probably hasn't needed the laundry facilities yet. Or a warm shower. Or exterminator. Or (add your own issue here). Let's face it, in another three weeks she'll be posting again but with the user name socalskanky after losing her will to even try.
