Typical Day at Madison: 5am: Wake up to loud bass music by neighbors who are either just getting home from partying or those who start partying at 5am. Either one is not a good sign 6am: Another wake up by a neighbor training their dog by clapping and yelling, sit, stay, lay down! as loudly as possibly. 6:30am: Finally get out of bed because you know you can t get back to sleep between dog training guy and loud music. 7am: Shower time. Cold water. Again. For the 100th time in a row. Bath tub won t drain. Call maintenance for the 100th time and wait for them to never show up. 8am-6pm: Searing, head-ache producing sawing and drilling made by workers who are remodeling units. They have been remodeling a studio next to me for 4 weeks. How long does it take to remodel a 200 square foot room'''' 4pm: make a call to the leasing office to complain about neighbors 4th consecutive party this week that kept you up all night and the overflowing bathtub. Leasing agent tells you this is the first complaint she has heard about this neighbor and the first complaint she s hear d about your bath tub. You can t stop laughing because you have complained about this certain neighbor specifically to HER numerous time, as well as told her about the bath tub. Short term memory loss or bull faced lie' 6pm-9pm: Dog training guy again. 3 different types of loud music from all directions (hey, I love hearing a combination of Spanish music/rap/dance) 9pm: Ahhhh, peace and quiet 9:30pm: Spoke too soon! Party on balcony next door. Laughing, screaming on the cell phone, drinking, smoking weed. 2am: still going on. Despite asking them to be quiet and having them cuss at you, you are so frustrated that sleep is absolutely out of the question 4:30am: Still partying. Don t these people ever stop' 7am: Alarm. Wow, a whole 21/2 hours of sleep. Repeat

Oh my God! Now I have someone hiding in my apartment??? You must be because your routine is a mirror of my own!
I don't know what to tell you. I have tried most everything. I've called Pinnacle, called security, called the washer/dryer company, called to God in Heaven. No one answered my calls... They just drifted unanswered into the distance until they were obliterated by a crazed man screaming profanity at a woman and a "fiesta" on a balcony.
It never ends. It never, ends. My shower has gone from scalding hot to shrinkage cold with no warning since day one (eight months ago or so). Garbage strewn in the hallway - and especially on the floor in the trash room (oh, my, and you got it sooo close), headbanging music at all hours, security never shows, amenities that don't work (emulating the staff, I guess). You name it, if it is bad (bugs, no water), it happens at Madison Park.
"Madison Park: Where Your Soul Comes to Die." Go ahead, Pinaccle, you have my permission to use that as your slogan...

Funny I had a routine that went a bit like this as well, except rather than hear a party next door I got to vibrate to the mega subwoofer connected to my neighbors TV (Note: they LOVED action movies)
The staff at this complex is so incompetant its pathetic. It's as if being an idiot is a precursor to getting a job at Madison Park. I got into yelling matches with the staff on more than one occasion. I've been living in apartments for years and while I have dealt with some lousy management, Madison Parks outdoes them all in sheer rudeness and stupidity. I'm so glad I conjured up the money to break my lease and get the hell out!

I wonder if there's anyway we can get some sort of petition going on and either send it to Pinnacle or send it to the housing authority. It seems that someone or some agency regulates this kind of stuff. Federal Housing Authority? Better Business Bureau? We all have leases and Madison/Pinnacle must keep their end of the bargain, too. We pay rent and deserve some sort of service in return. Anyone have any ideas??
